My KBS ID is already enrolled. What do I do?
- If your KBS ID is already enrolled, please reach out to the primary account holder. Under Accounts Linking, the primary account holder will need to add you under Share Access to Accounts.
Can I have multiple accounts under one username?
- Yes. Under Account Linking, you can add accounts. You will need the KBS ID and Billing Zip Code for the account you add.
What are my payment methods?
- Your payment method options are ACH and credit card
Is there a surcharge applied to credit card payments?
- Yes, there is a surcharge applied to credit card payments. The amount of the fee will be reflected on the payment section of the main page and on the payment confirmation page prior to completion of payment.
